Born and raised in Woodstock, IL., Courtney Sullivan is a local musician who performs in the Chicago land area. Her acoustic style of music covers a wide range of hits from the 1960’s to today, with a few original songs sprinkled in. You can find Courtney singing solo, with her duo partner Chris Kalkbrenner or with her band Sullivan Street Band at many locations in McHenry County.
About Us
Chris Kalkbrenner is from Lake Zurich, IL and has been playing the guitar for 30 years. He has been teaching professionally for over 25 years and many of his students have gone on to have successful careers themselves teaching and performing locally. Chris studied privately with Tom Hess of the Tom Hess Music Corporation, local virtuoso George Bellas and also attended Harper College in Palatine, IL. Chris currently lives and teaches in Wonder Lake, IL and performs regularly with Woodstock, IL singer/songwriter Courtney Sullivan.
